Who
* As a member of the Eastern
Ontario Staff Development Network, each member
board/faculty will have at least 1one member from the appropriate
standing committee who will act as liaison
* additional representation from member boards and faculties
* size of committee varies according to task
When
* working committees meet on an 'as need' basis
Note: Project Coordinators may be contracted on a needs basis
Project Coordinators will attend meetings of committees.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Design and implement events, activities and initiatives such
as:
- regional conferences,
- summer institutes,
- PLP courses and the SOQP
- networking
- On-line courses
* Report to the appropriate standing committee
* Develop and monitor event budget
